Principal Partner
C. C. Chukwudi is a Nigerian constitutional lawyer and public commentator. He serves as Senior Special Assistant to the Anambra State Government on Legal and Boundary matters, and as SSA Legal to the Anambra State boundary committee.
He also acts as a public legal analyst on major constitutional and criminal law cases in Nigeria, including commentary on the Court of Appeal ruling in the Nnamdi Kanu matter, where he noted procedural nullities regarding rendition laws.
His practice covers constitutional litigation, corporate structuring, land title, and commercial disputes before the Nigerian courts.
